its about my CCSCAL1.. calculus..
for this term kasi i will be taking up CCSCAL1.. first take..
*last term sana kaso puno kasi 18 units ako..
according to the EAF our teacher SHOULD BE.. Blessilda Raposa..
which according to people that take Ccscal1 last term, ok na ok daw siya..
actually kasi balak ko kunin ccscal1 and 2 mga bandang huli na sana..
so when i heard about her, i take it na..
kaso pagdating kanina..

so my question is..
SHOULD I TAKE HIM OR NOT?!
if YES, why should i take him?
if NO, why shouldn't i take him?
based on what i have heard.. siya naman daw yung "pinakamabait" sa LOTR..
sa tingin ko naman magaling talaga siya eh.. (*pati na din yung ibang LOTR siguro?)
the fact na mahirap lang sila talaga magpatest?!
ang ayoko lang din sa kanya is his straight English..
eh ako pa naman medyo bano ako magEnglish..
kasi promise ayoko na talaga bumagsak ulit..
i got kasi 0 accumulated failures ngaun din kasi.. nabawi ko subjects ko dati..
if ever kasi din pagdinrop ko yun, magiging 14 units na lang ako bigla.. *17 units kasi ako ngaun..
kaso iniisip ko din it might be also a challenge to me din,eh..
kaso parang nakakatakot lang talaga magrisk..
commment naman kayu,oh..
especially yung mga nagReyes diyan..
its a matter of 1 or 0 kasi.. (1.0 or 0.0)

i'd say yes, magaling siya pero at the same time he teaches you how to earn your own points. I'd rather want a prof na hindi spoon feed sa grade, kasi masmasarap ang pakiramdam if you really learned something from the prof and you passed his quizzes na mahihirap. actually guaranteed na may matututunan ka sa kanya to the maximum level

ReplyDeletei got him as a prof nung ccscal1 and okay naman mga quizzes niya, and he's a good teacher. you can do it! kaya yan. basta listen, and practice. hehe. to quote from sir reyes himself, "if 1.5 hours ang classroom, practice math 2x the time inside class" something like that. hehe. if you need notes, you can ask from me or anyone from us :) hehe ;)

ReplyDeletei have never been under him pero based sa mga naririnig ko from friends na naturuan nya, i'd say go. challenging? yes. pero ung satisfaction? very fulfilling daw kc pnaghirapan mo and marami k tlgang matututunan. medyo nanghihinayang parin nga ako na hnd ko kinuha ung 'reyes challenge" nung cal2 e haha. gogo andrew :p

mga ilan ba binabaksak nya per class? sa tingin ko kung magaaral ka naman ng mabuti di ka naman babaksak. Kaya mo yan!! mas marami terror sa engineering wala naman kaming lusot pero kinakaya haha!!

ReplyDeletehi, i think you should take it. actually, he is not considered as terror as others... maybe somebody said that because he is super strict and damot in grades but if you really deserve your grades, he will give it to you... Moreover, marami kang matutunan sa kanya na akala mo niloloko ka lang pero totoo pala yung mga sinasabi nia... hehe.. Ultimately, pray to God.. and kaya mo yan... ikaw pa! Godbless! Kiotsukete!

richmond, i agree with you. as in talagang pag nalagpasan mo siya, you'd be proud of yourself no matter what grade you get. kasi nakayanan mo. it's about having faith in yourself. we know you can do it :)
ReplyDeleteyes. professional and complete. as in he explains why the answer arrived to this. and yun nga, he does not do magic, he tells you how to solve the problem, tska he encourages his students to solve the questions with the things they know, and derive from them, rather than figuring them out from scratch. get my point? basta gnun..

i suggest you answer tc7 questions... TAKE NOTES. PAY ATTENTION TO HIS EXAMPLES. lalabas sila sa test niya, iba lang ung given but same solution.
and see your mylasalle email for lectures. para sa reaction papers and plus points.
magaling talaga siya magturo! don't drop him, haha. even if you fail under him again, you're guaranteed to learn a lot from him. :)

ReplyDeletenerve racking nga lang ung recitation niya. so really pay attention! but don't be afraid to answer. or try not to be. just concentrate on the problem and think it through, he won't rush you. if you like, think out loud so that he could correct you if you're wrong with what you have in mind. :P
haha, i'm so happy i had him as my cal2 prof. when i found out i passed him it felt as good as... having a first boyfriend or something :))
